The Channel Partner Program has been established to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with professionals, organizations, consultants, and businesses who can introduce potential clients to CivilArch Group and contribute to the Company's continued growth and expansion.
This Channel Partner Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the participation of all registered Channel Partners. It defines the eligibility criteria, registration process, referral mechanism, commission structure, payment terms, professional responsibilities, code of conduct, confidentiality obligations, and legal provisions applicable to every Channel Partner associated with CivilArch Group.
By registering under the CivilArch Group Channel Partner Program, every Channel Partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this policy, including any future amendments issued by the Company.
Definitions
For the purpose of this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context otherwise requires:
"Company" refers to CivilArch Group, a venture of Spanhaus Design & Construction Pvt. Ltd., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, representatives, authorized personnel, digital platforms, and future business divisions.
A "Channel Partner" means any individual, consultant, architect, engineer, contractor, real estate consultant, broker, influencer, business entity, agency, organization, or any other person who has been officially approved and enrolled by CivilArch Group under its Channel Partner Program.
A "Client" means any individual, company, institution, organization, or entity referred by a Channel Partner that subsequently purchases or intends to purchase any service offered by CivilArch Group.
A "Lead" means a genuine prospective customer whose details have been officially submitted through CivilArch's approved lead registration process.
Eligibility
The CivilArch Group Channel Partner Program is open to individuals and organizations who wish to promote CivilArch services and generate business opportunities in a professional and ethical manner. Eligible applicants include, but are not limited to:

- Civil Engineers
- Interior Designers
- Structural Engineers
- Contractors
- Builders
- Developers
- Property Dealers
- Real Estate Consultants
- Project Management Consultants
- Construction Consultants
- Freelancers
- Marketing Agencies
- Business Consultants
- Influencers
- Entrepreneurs
- Existing Business Organizations
- Educational Institutions
- Students above the age of 18 years
- Any other individual or organization approved by CivilArch Group
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Possess valid identity and address proof.
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Accept this Policy without reservation.
- Comply with all applicable laws.
CivilArch Group reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any application without assigning any reason.
Registration Process
Participation in the Channel Partner Program shall become effective only after successful registration and formal approval by CivilArch Group. The registration process shall include:
- Submission of the official Channel Partner Registration Form.
- Submission of required KYC documents.
- Verification of applicant details.
- Acceptance of this Policy.
- Approval by CivilArch Group.
CivilArch reserves the right to request additional information or documentation whenever necessary.
Submission of an application does not automatically guarantee approval or enrollment into the Channel Partner Program.
Scope of Services
Registered Channel Partners may refer prospective clients for any service currently offered or introduced in the future by CivilArch Group. These services include, but are not limited to:

- Residential Projects
- Commercial Projects
- Industrial Projects
- Hospital Design & Construction
- Institutional Projects
- Renovation & Remodeling
- Project Management Consultancy

- Building Approval Consultancy
- AI-Powered Design Solutions
- AI-Based Construction Management Tools
- Smart Building Solutions
- Vastu Consultation
- BIM Services
- 3D Visualization
- Virtual Walkthrough Services
- Any future service introduced by CivilArch Group
CivilArch reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or introduce services without prior notice.
Referral Process
A referral shall be considered valid only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The lead has been submitted through the official CivilArch website, CRM, mobile application, designated portal, or an authorized CivilArch representative.
- The client has not previously contacted CivilArch Group.
- The lead information is accurate, complete, and verifiable.
- The client has expressed genuine interest in CivilArch's services.
- The referral complies with this Policy.
Lead Ownership
Lead ownership shall be determined solely by CivilArch Group based on:
- Date and time of lead submission.
- CRM system records.
- Lead verification results.
- Internal business records.
- Client interaction history.
Duplicate or disputed leads shall be resolved exclusively by CivilArch Group, and the Company's decision shall be final and binding. Lead ownership does not guarantee project conversion or commission eligibility.
Commission Policy
Channel Partners shall become eligible for commission only after:
- The client executes the official agreement with CivilArch Group.
- The agreed advance payment is successfully received by the Company.
- The payment has been realized in the Company's designated bank account.
- The transaction successfully passes internal verification.
Commission percentages may vary depending on:
- Service category.
- Project value.
- Project location.
- Promotional campaigns.
- Strategic business initiatives.
- Special incentive programs.
CivilArch Group reserves the right to revise commission structures at any time without prior notice.
Payment Terms
Eligible commission payments shall be processed subject to successful completion of internal verification. Payments shall be made:
- Only through approved banking channels.
- After realization of client payment.
- Subject to applicable TDS, GST, and statutory deductions.
- Within the Company's standard payment cycle.
Where applicable, Channel Partners shall provide valid invoices and bank account details before payment processing.
Non-Eligible Commission Cases
No commission shall be payable under the following circumstances:
- Fake or fabricated leads.
- Duplicate lead submissions.
- Self-generated purchases.
- Employee-generated leads.
- Cancelled projects.
- Refunded client payments.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Misrepresentation.
- Policy violations.
- Breach of confidentiality.
- Submission of false information.
- Illegal business practices.
CivilArch Group's decision regarding commission eligibility shall be final.
